PVC

PVC resin is produced by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and it contains approximately 57 percent of chlorine by weight. PVC resin is a white powder, its specific gravity is 1.391 (g / cm3), with a water-resistance and acid/alkali resistance. It exhibits excellent electrical insulation, and high solvent resistance. The basic physical properties of PVC resin are as follows : (1) Melting point: 212 ℃, (2) the glass transition temperature: 82 ~ 85 ℃, (3) thermal decomposition temperature: 150 ~ 170 ℃. Formosa PVC resin according to the manufacturing process is divided into suspension, bulk, and dispersion (emulsion) PVC powders. Paste PVC resin is divided into micro-suspension and emulsion. Formosa suspension and mass PVC resin have excellent initial coloring, plasticizers sorbent and thermal stability. It can be applied to a wide range of processes, such as calendaring, profile extrusion, foam and so on. The products include window profiles, synthetic leathers, sheets, shrink film, pipes etc. Formosa Paste PVC resin could be applied to a variety of processing application, such as dipping, coating, foam, rotary, molding, spray coating and other processing methods.

PR-800 High polymerization degree, low viscosity, excellent heat stability, with low-gloss、excellent mechanical property, and abrasion resistance. Imitation of latex gloves, medical gloves dipping products, conveyor belts, surface coating, electronic parts coating, high physical properties of the product.
PR-C Vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer produced by microsuspension polymerization, middle viscosity, good the thickening rate, very fast gelation.
